I had Jimmy from Alpha Link Electrical come out to help with a tricky install for a foreign industrial machine I imported. The wiring requirements were unclear and nothing matched standard Australian setups. I needed a proper 32A supply upgrade and wasn’t getting much help from the supplier.
Jimmy was sharp from the start. He understood the problem quickly, upgraded the mains, and wired everything properly to get the machine running safely. What I really appreciated was that he always responded to my messages, answered all my questions clearly, and never left me guessing.
He’s good with communication, knows his stuff when it comes to industrial jobs, and his pricing was totally reasonable especially for the level of work involved.
If you’re dealing with commercial machinery, imported equipment, or anything that’s a bit outside the box, I’d highly recommend him. Based in Springvale but well worth calling if you want the job done right.
