General Power Outlets (GPO)

• Price: $120 – $150 per outlet.
• Note: The final price depends on the complexity of the installation (e.g., wall type, existing wiring).

Downlights

• Price: Approximately $80 per downlight (includes supply and installation).

Air Conditioning Installation (Split System)

Option 1: 2.5kW System

• Unit: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (approx. $1,100)
• Installation: Starts from $900 for a standard “back-to-back” installation on a single-storey house.
• Total Estimated Price: $2,000+

Option 2: 7.1kW System

• Unit: (Unit price approx. $1,900)
• Installation: Approximately $1,200 for a standard “back-to-back” installation (includes labour and materials).
• Total Estimated Price: Approximately $3,100
• Note: “Back-to-back” (b2b) is the simplest installation type where the indoor and outdoor units are placed on the same wall, directly opposite each other.

Security Camera Installation

• Hardware Kit: Dahua 4-camera 8MP kit with a 3TB HDD.
• Kit Price: Approximately $1,200.
• Installation: Approximately $800 for a single-storey house (includes all labour and materials for installation).
• Total Estimated Price: Approximately $2,000+
